G.P.R Charities Trust was instituted by Sri G. Pulla Reddy Garu in 1975 with the motto of rendering service to society. Sri G. Pulla Reddy has come up in life from scratch the hard way. His hard work and uncompromising quality made him a successful businessman. He is a renowned philanthropist and a great humanist. Though he is not well educated by modern standards he has enormous zeal to provide educational opportunities to the people of this backward region of Rayalaseema from which he hails. Under his benign leadership, the trust has established many educational institutions, hospitals, orphanages, and other social welfare organizations.
